My 3 week BREAK!!!

What a week! What was I thinking trying to BBQ and make food all at the same time.. I guess we just learn from experience... I'm grateful to Koa and Molia Tilo that came over to help me so I can prep the rest of my stuff...

Now that I have 3 weeks to plan.. I'm thinking of changing my day to Sat.. since my kids are off from school and my husband is home from work.. but we'll see how that goes. I really do like the idea of having everyone here tho.. but will see if it all works out or not..

For the next week, we have our Scouts Fundraiser.. BBQ plates sale, car wash, bake sale.. and yard sale.. the week after that is my sister Myrna's Talofa Teines Open house.. and after that.. oi aue!! My daughter's graduation from UVU.. so I'll still be cooking.. eh, I'm already tired thinking about it..

I will need this next 3 weeks to come up with a better plan to boost my business and improve on a few things... I'll keep everyone updated!

2nd Week down... one more before the break

What a day.. it seems to get easier and easier.. NOT.. even though we had a few cancellations, we still did good. That's whats good about pre-ordering, you make accordingly and that way food don't go to waste. We had more than expected due to parties and weddings going on this week, none the less, we ran out of food mainly because we had last minute orders places right before I opened.. It was okay, they covered for the orders canceled.. All in all, it was okay for the 2nd week..

Now we have one more week before the kitchen closes due to scout fundraisers, open houses and my daughters college graduation.. I know times are hard and even though ppl want to eat, there are other things more important than food.. lol well maybe not really, but yeah.. I'm excited for my 3 wk break after next weeks BBQ plate sale..

I'm grateful to my kids and husband for their love and support..

Happy Conference weekend everyone.. God bless you all..

Much Alofa'agas,

Norma
