About The Chef

Please bear with me because I'm new at this. I've been dragging my feet starting this and now that it's done.. I'm more than ready to take it on. The name is special to me mainly because I have nieces and nephews that come over and hang out with my kids and when they leave I always hear that.."Thanks Aunty Norma". I live and die for those kids and mine too. Home is really where my heart is and that's where my business is at. I'm starting small because once a week is all I can handle right now with the busy schedules that my family has. Hopefully in the near future we'll be able to get another place, but as for now, this is where it all started. I'm not only doing this for my kids, but to help my husband out who coaches my sons volleyball team and works 12-15 hr days so he can provide for us. I am grateful for all he does and my kids for their love and support even tho I know they're rolling their eyes at this. haha

I am excited to start my journey of bringing my version of the Polynesian foods into your homes. What I cook in my kitchen are my twists on the different foods I've had from family members over the years. I am grateful for all that I have and I hope you will enjoy what I have to offer from my kitchen because its made with love. Thanks for stopping by.. Ia Manuia
